Photographs remain the property of the Deadline Pictures Photographer.

The name of the Deadline Pictures Photographer and Deadline Pictures must be stated clearly alongside a Photograph which is used, or must be included in the publication with a reference to the Photograph:

When a photographic work is published the client is requested to send an digital example (PDF or JPG) of the publication to Deadline Pictures (example@deadlinepictures.com). Deadline Pictures reserve the right to use the examples for promotional use. Please let us know if you agree on a link to your website.

All use of a photograph which has not been agreed upon is considered as an infringement of the copyright of the Deadline Pictures photographer. In the event of infringement the Photographer is entitled, without for the rest losing any rights, including the right to compensation of damages, to compensation amounting to at least three times the usual payment for the Photographer for such a form of use, with a minimum of Euro 250.00.
